Emergency mode introduced in the United States in Texas

The emergency regime in Texas due to the onset of tropical storms Marco and Laura was announced by US President Donald Trump, according to the White House website. The United States Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will coordinate response and emergency assistance.
