South Korean Foreign Ministry: Seoul intends to contribute to Pyongyang's return to dialogue
South Korea will do everything possible to help Pyongyang return to dialogue. It is reported by KBS with reference to a statement by the head of the South Korean foreign ministry, Kang Gyong-hwa. It is known that the minister made this statement on July 2 during a press conference in Seoul. She noted that recently the DPRK has abandoned actions that aggravate the situation on the Korean Peninsula, and also emphasized that South Korea intends to maintain a high defense capability and momentum of dialogue with Pyongyang. The South Korean Foreign Minister also emphasized that the United States confirmed its readiness to resume dialogue with the DPRK, as well as show flexibility.
